Alignment with the stars
Those holes in you are aligned with various stars which suggest the stones originate from 2500BC. See also http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/sci/tech/1024779.stm

You could be right. I’m intrigued by the entirely distinct colouring of the stones.

How odd. I was expecting vaguely oily taupe lumps, somewhat like clay. But they look like Christmas decorations!
Yeah. In a certain light they’re verging on beautiful.
